Using  integrated geophysical modelling methodology we calculate lithospheric models along selected geotransects in the regions of interest (Carpathian-Pannonian Basin region, Egypt) that serve as a base for tectonic and geodynamical reconstruction of the area. Our models take into account the joint interpretation of the surface  heat flow, free air anomalies, topography and geoid data  Thermal models together with extrapolation of failure criteria and lithology allow us to derive the rheology model of the lithosphere in the area.
