Anotation:

The project is focused on the geophysical study the Earth’s lithosphere of the Carpathians in the area of Slovakia. Newly collected and old magnetotelluric (MT) data and geophysical (gravity and thermal) data available from previous experiments will be modelled by joint inversion algorithms. We will localize the accumulations of the highly conductive fractions, either fluids or electronic conductors related to tectonic disturbances in the crust of Slovakia. The Carpathian Conductivity Anomaly (CCA) will be identified among structures and imaged along the contact zone between the Inner and Outer Carpathians
