| Anotation: | The main motivation for new project is to create an original 3D complex model of the lithosphere in the Carpathian-Pannonian Basin region. It will be based mainly on the results obtained by 3D interpretation of gravity field of the Earth. In the frame of interpretation the modern, world-wide accepted software 3-D GMT-AUTO will be applied. It allows building a 3D model of the Earth’s fields with continuous distribution of the physical parameters. The resultant 3D integrated lithospheric model will represent the utilization of all recent knowledge on the deep-seated structure of the Carpathian-Pannonian lithosphere. The model will be also a basis for tectonic reconstruction of the space distribution of the different tectonic units in the Carpathian-Pannonian region.
